About the Program: Process Mastering offers a method to create a continuous improvement document - the "Process Master." This new quality tool documents all the facets of a process as they actually occur - steps, inputs, outputs, equipment, controls - utilizing the "untapped" process knowledge of your organization's workforce. It allows you to standardize a procedure, which then can be easily reviewed and improved. Resources, About our Speaker: Ray Wilson served on the executive management team of Countrymark Cooperative for ten years and led their Customer Focused Quality Improvement efforts. He is co-author of Process Mastering, a book on how to establish and document the best known way to do a job. Wilson has a BS and MS in Agricultural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a registered professional engineer in Indiana and was a founding Director and Past President of the Indy Quality, Productivity and Improvement Council (IQPIC). He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Agricultural Engineers and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
