About the Program:  

Learn about the strict quality requirements for Medical Devices from an expert.

About our Speaker:
James Eric Miller is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, where he concentrated in Operations Research. He has a MBA from Ball State University in Muncie Indiana. He holds ASQ Certifications as a Reliability Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer, as well as a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.  He recently served as an Adjunct Professor at Ball State University teaching a Quality Management course for their MBA program. Currently a Senior Quality Analyst at Roche’s Diagnostics Division responsible for trending quality data on a global basis. He’s active in his local ASQ chapter. He lives in Muncie Indiana

Mr. Miller is the current treasurer of ASQ Section 0904
