About the Program: A recommendation to pursue black belt certification is provided. About our Speaker:
As a Senior
Process Engineer at BAE SYSTEMS Controls in Fort Wayne, Steve Shoda is
currently responsible for process monitoring and control of soldering,
cleaning, adhesive bonding, and coatings processes in the manufacture of
high-reliability aerospace electronic components. Additionally, Mr.
Shoda is a traditional guardsman at the Indiana Air National Guard where he is
the Commander,122 Logistics Support Flight, which provides support functions
for F16 maintenance operations. Mr. Shoda earned his Bachelor of Science in
Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, further with a Masters in
Business Administration from Indiana University - Purdue University Fort
Wayne. He has CQE and SSBB certifications from the ASQ and is the
Vice-Chair of ASQ Section 0905 - Northeast Indiana.
