About the Program:
TS16949 is the international design, production, and quality standard for the Automotive Industry.    

About our Speaker:
Kent has worked in the quality profession since 1974, a member of ASQ since 1987 and a member of Technical Committee 176 (TC176) since 1991. TC176 is the Technical Committee that reviews all changes to ISO 9000 and related standards.

  Kent is author of the ISO 9001:2000 Auditor’s Companion and the ISO 9001:2000 Audit Kit both published by ASQ Quality Press. He is adjunct faculty for IPFW’s Division of Continuing Education.

Kent is also President of Huntington Quality Associates, Inc., a quality, auditing, consulting and training firm located in Huntington, Indiana.

HQA was founded in 1991 to market ISO 9000 sample quality and procedure manuals. Today we have many more products including books, manuals and software. Training, auditing and consulting services combine with products to form the core of our activity.    


Pre-Clinic: 
Mike Puhl will present 'Statistics in Excel' using the Microsoft program Excel for the pre-clinic. This presentation will be an overview of the statistical functions and tools in Excel.
