About the Program:
Hoshin
Kanri is a planning tool that companies like Ingersoll Rand and 3M are
using in the Lean Six-Sigma environment. John will explain. Click

About our Speaker: John Finley
John Finley is the Lean Six Sigma Program Manager for Ingersoll Rand
Security Technologies sector and works out of the Carmel, IN office. He is
currently responsible for training, mentoring and tracking Black Belts and
Green Belts in the sector. Prior to coming to Ingersoll Rand, he spent 30+
years in various positions in Quality Engineering and Management in the
Automotive Business. He has served as ASQ program chair and Section Chair
for Section 904 in Muncie. He has done consulting work in SPC, Quality and
Design of Experiments. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
