Lean Six Sigma

About the Program:
Lean Six Sigma is a mix not a blend of Lean
Enterprise and Six Sigma. In order
to optimize resources and opportunities for improvement these methods are often
consolidated. Lean Enterprise concentrates on the quick hitters (low hanging
fruit) while Six Sigma is applied to long term complex problems. The
integration of both methodologies called Lean Six Sigma allows for the
identification of hidden problems while not
overlooking the obvious.
