About the Program:

ISO9000:2000 holds the potential to disrupt many quality systems.  Many of us have written our quality documentation following the outline of the 1994 version of ISO9000.  Now the outline is changing.  Lowell will explain the changes and how best to deal with them in your business.

About the Speaker:

Lowell Dusseau has over 35 years experience in progressively responsible positions in quality assurance, reliability engineering and production management for companies such as Hughes, Magnavox, Honeywell, Sundstrand, AMF, and others engaged in the manufacture of mechanical and electronic equipment of all  types.

Lowell is an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager, Consultant, and Staff Engineer.  He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and a Masters certification in Management and Behavioral Science from the National Technological University.

Since 1989, Lowell assisted over 40 small and medium size companies with their ISO and QS9000 quality system design and documentation.  While serving as Quality Field Agent for the Indiana Quality Initiative he coordinated Quality Training Networks in Fort Wayne, Muncie, and Peru.

Lowell is currently Consultant and Principal Owner of Sabre Quality Solutions, Inc., providing customized, practical and proven quality solutions to manufacturing and service companies.  Sabre services include assisting the company personnel by coaching and/or writing quality manuals, operating procedures and aiding with all phases of readiness for the registration process.  Additional services include senior management orientation, employee awareness training and solving of all types of problems related to ISO or QS Quality system implementation such as FMEA's, SPC, DOE, and system auditing.
