About the Preclinic:
Rich Ruh will give a short presentation on
analysis of office and shop floor operations based upon IDEF0 modeling, which he
has been doing at Navistar over the last year.
About the Program:
Clair Lee's presentation will
speak to the quality plan that is in place at Ball, address the various
standards and measures we need to follow, demonstrate the publicly reported core
measures and speak to how we apply ISO 9000-2008.

* Taken the organization through 3 very successful Joint
Commission Accreditation Surveys
* Developed a Quality Management System meeting ISO -9000
standards which resulted in BMH's earning recognition
as the first
hospital in Indiana to achieve ISO-9000 Certification
* Led the initiative to earn NIAHO (National Integrated
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) which will
earn BMH as first
in Indiana.
