About the Program: The December 7 issue of Fortune magazine cover story is the list of We are fortunate to have one of those leaders speak to our group. ASQ Section 904 Member Steve Zylka deserves credit for suggesting this
program. Steve recently visited a McDonalds location and found that the
person who took his order was doing a Quality Audit. Being a Quality
Auditor himself, Steve brought the idea of a McDonalds speaker to our Program
Chair.
