About the Program: 
Over the past several years, 3M has made Six-Sigma part of the Corporate DNA.  New products are developed, manufactured, marketed and sold using Six-Sigma and the DMAIC process.  3M is adding Lean to Six-Sigma as an additional tool to drive innovation, productivity, quality and profitability.

About our Speaker:
Chuck Pitt brings 28 years of manufacturing, quality and supervisory experience to his current position as Lean Specialist at 3M's Hartford City Plant.  Chuck earned his  BS in Business Administration from Ball State in 1973.  He continued his education and earned an Industrial Engineering degree thru the 3M Educational Assistance program.  Chuck is APICS certified and an internal auditor for 3M's Quality and Environmental programs.
