     - Factual information and data that validate much of what attendees already know

About our Speaker:
Martin J. Jaeger is a consultant, trainer and QMS Lead Auditor.  He has consulted over 150 organizations in their quest to achieve registration and improve their bottom-line.  Marty has held positions of VP-General Manager for a Ford Q1 supplier and Vice President Operations for a large equipment manufacturer. He has been quoted in Quality System Update's "Panel of Experts", and in the Informed Outlook's "Product Support Initiative Q&A".

Election of 2004-05 Officers:

The Nomination committee recommends:

Chair Elect:  Steve Zylka (to serve as Chair 2005-06)
Secretary:    Steve Harmeyer
Treasurer:   Steve Scott

Mike McDonald, our current Chair Elect, will become Chair in July.

Post-Meeting Follow-up:
Twenty-seven (27) Quality professionals heard Marty Jaeger's excellent presentation.  A link to the Jaeger-Holland web site has been added above.

Dixie Coleman won the "Six-Sigma Handbook".  Other door prize winners are Jim Migoski, George Babcock, Doug Waterman, and Chuck Darger.

Rhonda reviewed ASQ's new Member Model which offers lower cost membership options.  More detail is on our web site Membership page.
Unfortunately the lower cost comes partially from eliminating membership in a Section.  $18.00 of your $89.00 dues goes to the Section.  Rhonda expressed concern that the new model may result in less Society support for Section activities.  A substantial drop in membership could cause us to fall below the minimum criteria to remain an ASQ Section.
The new options will be available to members whose membership expires in July.

Election of 2004-05 officers took place.  The slate listed above was elected.  They will take office on July 1.
