About the Program:

ISO 9000 (and QS-9000) auditing as a contact sport.  Descriptions of the offense and defense, with examples of great plays.  What to do when the auditor is nuts!  And how to stay calm and have fun in the process.  All attendees are encouraged to bring their "auditor stories" to share.  And they say fishermen are the only ones with tales...
