* Taken the organization through 3 very successful Joint
Commission Accreditation Surveys
* Developed a Quality Management System meeting ISO -9000
standards which resulted in BMH's earning recognition
as the first
hospital in Indiana to achieve ISO-9000 Certification
* Led the initiative to earn NIAHO (National Integrated
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) which will
earn BMH as first
in Indiana.

* reduction of ventilator associated pneumonia
* reduction in catheter related blood stream infections
* Top 10% in the nation for vascular surgery outcomes
* Top 10 % in the nation for orthopedic surgery outcomes
