Program

7:30 PM
"R&R Workshop"

About the Program:

Instead of a speaker, we plan a hands-on activity, an R&R study. Rhonda Goss is coordinating the program.  She plans to do both an attribute and a variable gage R & R during that evening.  We will use an Excel based R&R spreadsheet provided by Chuck Darger and Mike Puhl.  Steve Zylka will provide samples from Ball Foster as they do a lot of attribute gauging.

Copies of the Excel program and copies of a Quality magazine article on gage R &R will be available at the meeting.

Post-Meeting Follow-up:

Twenty-three members attend the December meeting.  The group took a tour of the Twoson facility, dined on Pizza, and broke up into groups for the R&R exercise.  Sam Lines' name was drawn for the $220 jackpot.  Too bad Sam did not attend - you must attend to win.  Vicki Walburn won the Door Prize.  Thanks Mike Peden, Pat Cook and Twoson for hosting  our meeting.

Rhonda Goss looks on as Steve Zylka and Winston Lovelace try to get the numbers to come our right.
