About the Program:

Have you or a loved one been hospitalized lately?  Do you have in interest in how you health care provider addresses Quality issues?  This is your opportunity to see first hand, the application of Quality Principles in the field of Health Care.

Claire will share with us the application of Quality Principles such as Performance and Process Improvement and demonstrate how they are applied at Ball Memorial Hospital.

We will then visit selected areas of the hospital to see these Quality Principals in action.

Because of the room capacity, attendance must be limited to 18.  Reservations are required for this function.  Please call or e-mail Dr. Jim Walters at (765) 285-5319 by 5:00 PM on Monday December 6.  Don't miss this opportunity so call early.
